Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Fresno County, California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Stockquality regarding the use of the website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Stockquality.
