You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased from us. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom-made items may have different return terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us within the return period using the contact information provided at the bottom of this policy. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

Unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a prepaid return label.

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once an order has entered production or shipping, cancellation may not be possible. Custom orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled unless we are unable to fulfill the order as specified.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
If you cancel an order before shipment, you will receive a full refund. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times. We are not responsible for delays in refund processing by third-party payment processors.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
